While helping a buddy through Darkshore, I found another fish who drop savage leather when skinned.
Fish name: Fiendishfish
Level range: 16-18
Location: Darkshore, west of Auberdine
Drop:
Savage Leather & blue scales.
Extremely high drop chances versus other fishes.
It also looks like the Dangerfish give Savage Leather also.
