Using this you can change from a Russian Language CDKey to US English. This is important because the Russian version is much cheaper than US Eng and you will take a minimum loss if you are caught abusing the game.
How To Instructions:
1) Run the game patcher as administrator.
2) Start your EN D3 Client.
3) Login with your RU Account.
4) Profit! You now have EN language.
